THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF RESEARCH OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF THE FUTURE SOLDIERS

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of personal and professional becoming of future soldiers in the context of their relationship and interdependence. The patterns of professional becoming of students in military training activities are analyzed. The content of integral responsibility of the individual is described. Construct of «advance sustainability» as a measure of personal and professional formation of the future soldier is determined. Professional growth we see as a process of personality changes as the immersion in professional environment, professional activities at different levels. Formation is a non-linear process, but is a continuous transition, transformation of certain personal qualities, especially professionally determined. Model of personality of military professionals is considered to appropriate in the context of the phenomenon of individual liability and professional liability. Professionally oriented structure of future military professionals serving its early stability, defined as a complex integrative characteristics of military professionalism, providing the prepared mind to military occupation.
