Abstract
The article researches theoretical questions of the nature and cost management in place of agrarian formations. It investigates the genesis of cost management theories in the world practice. Identified the key management performance criteria of agricultural enterprises cost. The author proposes the definition of cost management process, enterprises of agrarian sphere of production.
