THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORMATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS’ RESEARCH CULTURE

Abstract

The phenomenon of «research culture of personality» can be represented as a system of values, knowledge about the methodology and technology of research activity, ability to develop the creative potential in the profession. The components of the research culture is the motivational (value of creativity, self-actualization, interest in scientific research), cognitive (knowledge of research methodology and its methods), activity (search operations as comparison, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, classification, generalization). These components can be formed by means of research tasks (definition of subject, object, objectives, methods of research activity; analysis, comparison, systematization of different scientific approaches to resolve some problems; development of optimal methods of educational process at the school; reflection), for example: define the objectives, methods of research; name the pedagogical paradigms and theories; prepare a scientific report about the characteristics of the phenomenon; propose their own means of solving of problems, argument their didactic power; explain what is the novelty of your author’s approach. The perspective study is to analyze the international experience of formation of students’ research culture.
