Theoretical and methodological principles of organization of preventive and correctional work in state authorities

Abstract

The article describes the theoretical and methodological analysis of the principles of the organization of preventive and corrective work of civil servants in state authorities. The causes of professional burnout and ways to overcome them, prevention of professional destruction, means of psychocorrection and prevention of professional burnout, an integrated approach to this issue has been developed. In his article we rely on the research of V.E. Orla, E.O. Pomytkina, G.O. Ball, concerning professional burnout and means of overcoming, prevention of professional destruction. V.E. Orol based on the system theory integrates procedural and effective approaches to the nature and structure of burnout and individual, interpersonal and organizational approaches to the determination of sources of burnout. He substantiated a holistic view of the structure, function and genesis of burnout, which was considered as polysystem education. In our study, we rely on the concept of mental burnout V.E. Orla, which gives a complete idea of mental burnout, its structure, features of influence on the personality of a professional and the parameters of his professional activity and life as a whole, the source of origin and the dynamics of development. Professional burnout is considered by us as a general professional deadaptation phenomenon and is a holistic, dynamic psychic entity in the unity of motivational, emotional and evaluative components, which is formed in the professional activity and negatively affects its effectiveness. Professional burnout is a polysystem formation that is included in a series of interacting systems of different levels, where the basic system in which the emergence and development of burnout is the system of professional development of the individual. Burning is a professional phenomenon, an element of a subsystem of professional destruction, that is formed and manifested in professional activity, adversely affecting its flow and results. It is a manifestation of complete professional regression of personality and subsystem of personality. The phenomenon of burnout is the cause and consequence of psychological alienation and dissatisfaction with self-realization.
