THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF STATE'S VIRTUALIZATION ANALYSIS

Abstract
Current research is focused on the analysis of virtualization specific features and concepts of its main characteristics. The process of state's virtualization is based on the theory of global and domestic scientists, whose works all are the subject of state's virtualization phenomenon. The investigation examines crucial factors, which contribute to state's reconstruction into the modernized type of govermental structure – the digital state.
