THEORETICAL AND ONTOLOGICAL BASIS OF UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONCEPT AND CLASSIFICATION OF PRINCIPLES OF LAWFUL BEHAVIOR

Abstract
The article deals with issues of research of legal behavior principles. The concept and main features of this category have been revealed. The classification of legal behavior principles has been characterized according to following criteria: a) principles of legal behavior declaring universal values; b) principles which declare construction of government and describe legal system; c) principles of legal behavior that is legal basis for realization of fundamental social rights; d) principles of legal behavior arising from philosophical understanding of this category.
