Theoretical applicable aspects of use of temporary access to items and documents

Abstract
The necessity in the provisions of the current Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine to justify the interpretation of the term "reasonable suspicion" has been substantiated, since it concerns all measures to ensure criminal proceedings. It has been proved that the purpose of using such a measure to provide criminal proceedings as temporary access to items and documents is to ensure the effectiveness of criminal proceedings, rather than the gathering of evidence. In addition, the procedural order for consideration by the investigating judge of a petition for the use of temporary access to things and documents should provide for clear time limits for considering such a petition by the investigating judge.
