THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION INDUSTRIAL POLICY

Abstract
The approaches to industrial policy models and reveals its peculiarities in terms of the level of selectivity with respect to economic entities are article analyzed. The content of industrial policy of innovation development and criteria of priority selection for machine building are determined. Specific measures to develop a mechanism for industrial selective support of priority industries based on criteria such as entrepreneurial activity, innovation activity orientation, financial activity, introduction of innovative processes, market innovation «leap» of enterprises, export orientation of innovations are proposed.
