THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF PUBLIC SECTOR OF ECONOMY IN THE IMPERATIVES OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
In today’s dynamic development in all spheres of social life is actualized the problem of providing public goods population. The development of the global economy leads to the emergence of new “game rules” for public sector institutions of the economy, which the most directly “feels” radical changes in the criteria for the functioning of economy, questions of solving problems of national justice and public goods providing, following the principle of the optimum in the distribution process, the formation of innovative orientation of public choice. An analysis of the basic aspects of the public sector functioning in the context of global transformations allows us to determine the prospects for socio-economic benefit of the population and individuals.
