THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The paper highlights theoretical aspects of social and economic enterprise development. Тhe рареr examines that modern economic development has a number of characteristics that contribute to change in conditions of functioning of enterprises. The study specifies in balance among social and economic aspects. Scientific originality of thestudy consists in a new definition of the social-economic development of industrial enterprises. The practical significance of the research is in explaining theoretical and methodological principles for improving management of social and economic development at domestic industrial enterprises. As a result, at the microeconomic level is the changing role of factors of production. At the forefront of human labor is not physical, but intellectual capital that is embodied in the production, mass production and subjects that need training and a high level of human capital. Fundamental become intellectual, human and social capital. Therefore, the company must necessarily take care of the social dimension of development. The results show the impact of social and economic change and the detailed scheme of gradual research.
