THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF THE STUDENT YOUTH ETHICAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Abstract
The article presents and substantiates theoretical aspects of the program of the student youth ethical consciousness development. Criteria of development of ethical consciousness of student youth have been presented. The criterion of the development of the component "meanings" has been defined by the assimilation of moral norms and categories, that is, learning in the process of ontogenesis the established common rules, principles, traditions; abidance of implicit patterns and rules of behavior, social norms. The criterion of the development of the component "senses" should be considered by the subjection of the moral system, that is, the development of personal senses of the moral behavior, values, a sense of responsibility for the observance of social and moral standards. For the component "sensory tissue" the criterion of development – sensibility of the ethical vision of the world – a conscious emotional response to ethical phenomena, experience of ethical criteria of the good and the evil. The program of development of the student youth ethical consciousness has been presented. The methodological basis, purpose and tasks, mechanisms of development of the ethical consciousness of the student youth have been given. The purpose of the program is in realization of the systematic and purposeful impact on the development of students' ethical consciousness through the actualization of the certain psychological factors. The factors include the following: assimilation of moral norms and categories; adoption of social norms and ethical requirements; moral values; ego-identity; autonomy; emotional attitude to the ethics categories. Directions of the development work have been identified: psychological enlightenment, psychological development and psychological counseling. The choice of development measures and the structural organization of the program of development of the student youth ethical consciousness have been grounded. The main facilitative factor of actualization and deployment of the positive influence of psychological factors of the ethical consciousness development of student youth has been recognized intensification of moral, personal and ethical reflection. Promising directions of further researches concern the implementation of the program of the development of the student youth’s ethical consciousness; presentation of the approbation results of the elaborated program.
