THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE FUTURE ROWING COACH-INSTRUCTORS VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO THEIR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis of psychological and educational literature, the article reveals some aspects of future rowing coach-instructors tо their professional activity. The study used a retrospective analysis methods, the ascent from the concrete to the abstract. Source base оf theoretical research work included the leading scientists in the field of pedagogy, current dissertation researches, scientific collections, periodicals and biographical publications. The study analyzes the current directions of solving the problem of future rowing coaches- instructors preparation to professional activity, namely the formation of readiness for professional activity of future physical education teachers; interdisciplinary connections in the training of future teachers of physical education; training future teachers of physical culture to sports and recreation activities with students of secondary schools; training of future specialists in adaptive physical education: theory and methods; pedagogical conditions of formation of future physical training teachers to the profession; theoretical, methodological and organizational bases of formation of physical training of students; individualization of vocational and educational training of teachers; training of future specialists in physical education and sport (theoretical and methodological aspects); psychological characteristics of students training for future sporting and educational activities; formation of educational abilities of future teachers of physical education. In course of the analysis of psychological and educational literature we found that the scientists, whose works are devoted to research of issues related to a specific problem, designed to study and update the content of training, to determine the forms, methods, tools and organizational and pedagogical conditions which should ensure the effectiveness of future professionals training of this discipline in higher education institutions. Based on the theoretical analysis and personal experience, it was established that the quality of future rowing coaches-instructors training in higher education institutions depends on the following conditions: ensuring fundamental professional education, as well as full use of 86 the potential of the concepts of activity training and competence-based approach to professional education. Іt was revealed that one of the factors that can extend the capabilities of professional activity of future coaches-instructors without compromising the quality of training, is formed professional experience and creative thinking of students that promotes personal development, helps to develop the intellect, independently receive and expand the general and professional knowledge, the ability to see prospects for future careers and plan, as well as realize their professional opportunities in accordance with it. The quality of training, і.е. ensuring a high level of personal and professional special expertise is provided by orientation training to the industry, social and regional interests, rational structuring of learning content and efficient use of educational technologies. Some professional activity, its content and features impose to future coaches- instructors instructors the general industry and special requirements, as well as determine the content of their general professional and special competence along with some consumers features of professional services. For future coaches- instructors, these requirements are the following: the deterioration of health, low cultural level of the youth, the advantage of «irrational» forms of leisure determine the need for a high level of future coaches-instructors training; commercialization of professional sports, the need to promote a healthy lifestyle makes high demands on the economic and managerial, sociological and legal training of future coaches- instructors. Based on trends in world development, the future competitive coaches- instructors are presented the following requirements: the availability of professional knowledge and skills, willingness to implement future professional activity; communicativeness, tolerance, ability for constructive communication; willingness to cooperate, developed creative thinking, ability to make decisions; economic erudition, commitment to professional development, acmeological orientation of the individual. Professional competence of coaches-instructors in future careers depends on the ability: to plan and implement collective teaching and management of physical culture and sports activities; to implement constructive communication in the future professional activity; to solve educational and administrative tasks and problems creatively and independently, to be responsible for their activity results; to be aware of and address issues of social and economic development of physical education and sport; to creatively enrich their professional knowledge, skills and abilities; to adequately assess their own level of competence; to carry out thematic and other creative professional activities; to strive for continuous professional development. There are still unresolved issues related to ensuring compliance with the content and organization of educational activity of students in higher education institutions and future professional activity characteristics of future rowing coaches-instructors according to socio-economic conditions of the country. Prospects for further research are observed in studying other aspects of future coaches-instructors training to their professional activity.
