Abstract
The article deals with the retrospective analysis of approaches to the education of emotional intelligence in the system of foreign and domestic experience in secondary education. The mentioned main foreign organizational centers for the introduction of social and emotional learning. The condition and prospects of development of education of emotional reasonableness of pupils in the system of secondary education of Ukraine are determined.
