THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE PROBLEM OF THE READINESS OF ACADEMIC GROUP FACILITATORS TO FORM STUDENTS’ VALUE ATTITUDE TO MARRY

Abstract

The paper deals with theoretical aspects of the problem of the readiness of academic group facilitators to form students’ value attitude to marry. We define the readiness of academic group facilitators to form students’ value attitude to marry as a personal identification of the readiness to self pedagogical activity, as a value personal unity. We agree with activity theory leading ideas by L. Vyhotsky, O. Leontiev, S. Rubinshtein and others and consider the structure of the readiness of academic group facilitators as a unity of four interconnected structural components such as value and motivational, cognitive, practical and technological, and reflexive.
