Theoretical bases of formation of strategies for managing the development of the transport industry

Abstract
The characteristic of existing theories of the development strategy and illuminated the problems of research of theoretical bases of strategic management of enterprises. The content of the alternative approaches to the concept of strategic management of enterprises. It was noted that at present the majority of enterprises are constantly faced with the choice of the priority directions of development. Powered by content management phases such solution of the problem situation. Experience shows that a long period of time, the company developed within the boundaries of the selected strategic orientation. The content of "quantum theory" changes in enterprise development strategy and approaches to its implementation.
