Theoretical and practical aspects of cluster analysis of the construction companies

Abstract
The article analyzed the definition of «cluster analysis» based on which the author set the most thorough and take it as a basis. A method using cluster analysis study of interdependence between the volume of construction works and capital investments. As a result of using the software STATISTICA 6.0, found tight correlation between these indicators by region of Ukraine, indicating the need for this kind of clusters to effectively maintain the competitiveness of construction companies.
