THEORETICAL BASIS AND GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF SAFETY SERVICES IN THE HOTEL

Abstract

Recently in Ukraine workers in the hotel industry developed a number of key theoretical positions concerning productive principles of security services in restaurants. Specialists of the department of hotel and restaurant business of KhUSFT also developed methodical and methodological support for all students and industry professionals, based on many years of experience in this field, testing the results achieved in the form of manuals and publications. The purpose of the article is to develop basic approaches and best criteria of efficiency and safety of technical systems in hotels, to identify key principles to ensure consumer safety in services. The problems and challenges of security in the hotel industry on the basis general theory of security are studied. Basic approaches and methods for predicting the development of dangerous situations are formed, qualitative and quantitative measures and security systems are assessed. Optimal criteria of the efficiency and safety of technical systems in hotels, ensure consumer safety in the service sector are revealed.
