THEORETICAL FACTORS AFFECTING THE SELECTION OF LOCATION OF ACTIVITY PLACES

Abstract
Aim of the study: The goal of the article was to analyze factors of location affecting selection of the right place for the smooth operation of the enterprise and its surroundings depending on the type of conducted business. Material and methods: Spatial diversity of a given area was analyzed, as well as the possibil-ities of its better use. To analyze the results of the research, tabular, graphical and descriptive methods were used. Rich literature of the subject matter as well as economic analysis of other authors were the source of data. Results: A series of classification of location factors , with division into hard and soft factors, was indicated. It was shown, that the quality of a given place is , to a large extent, determined by qualitative factors. Conclusions: Location factors are not constant and are subject to continuous change depending on time, scale and type of activity.<br/><br/>
