Theoretical interpretation of the problem of the competence of managers

Abstract
The increasing pace and increase in the pres- sures of sudden and radical transformations in all spheres of social and economic life leads to changes in the structure of the com- petence potential of the managerial staff. The importance of this phenomenon leads to the solution of bothering specific problems con- cerning the competencies of the management staff based on research. For this purpose, it is necessary to empirically determine the leading and supplementary dimensions of managerial competences while identifying their main de- terminants as the basic accommodative plane. Another issue related to the research goal is to determine the factor structure of the dom- inant area of competence, while at the same time learning the degree of differentiation of skills and psychophysical features, depending on the biographical variables.
