Theoretical-methodological aspects of the purposive development of emotional intelligence

Abstract
The article deals with the defining characteristics of the purposive development of emotional intelligence as the ability to understand and control emotions. The differences in the system features (intention, object, the nature of impact) of trainings of the development of emotional intelligence of the psychoanalytic, humanistic, behavioral, cognitive orientation are given by the author of the article.
