Theoretical substantiation of the peculiarities of estimating the value of intellectual capital of the firm on the basis of innovative development

Abstract
Subject of research: analysis of changes in the results of evaluating the value of intellectual capital on an innovative basis. The purpose of writing the article is to study the peculiarities of evaluating the value of the company’s intellectual capital. The methodology of the work – a method of monitoring, conjuncture analysis. The result of the work is the mechanism for evaluating the firm’s intellectual capital value based on the methods: direct measurement, definition of market capitalization, asset return calculation (asset profitability), score (balanced units). Conclusions – the proposed system of monitoring, evaluation and analysis of the value of the intellectual capital of the company will allow timely response to the adoption of sound management decisions in terms of innovation development.
