THERMOPHYSICAL MODELING OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUE CRYOABLATION

Journal Title: Физика аэродисперсных систем - Year 2016, Vol 0, Issue 53

Abstract

The solution of the Stefan problem for the determination of temperature fields in the biological tissue during cryoablation defined areas with a view to their identification and localization, followed by therapeutic action is proposed. Three types cryoinstruments considers that as a first approximation presents a one-dimensional problem. Identify three isothermal surfaces that reveal the zone of influence, the freezing zone and zone of necrosis. The solution of the inverse problem of determining the coordinates of the temperature dependence that allows you to find the coordinates of phase transitions. The calculation results are consistent with experimental data obtained from living organisms.
