THICKNESS ANALYSIS OF RETINAL NERVE FIBER LAYER AND GANGLION CELLS IN PATIENTS WITH GLAUCOMA

Abstract
In patients with early stage glaucoma reduced thickness SHNV of retina is possible. However, the progression of the pathological changes in the thickness of the complex ganglion cells become more informative and become reliable. These results may be related to the small number of patients. A hypothesis about the diagnostic value of the indicator layer thickness of ganglion cells in glaucoma requires further detailed study.
