Abstract
Kavernöz hemangiomalar, craniospinal sinir sisteminin nadir görülen benin vasküler malformasyonlarıdır. Epidural spinal kavernöz hemangiomalar, intraserebral ve vertebral sistemin diger lokalize kavernöz hemangiomalarından daha nadir görülür. Bu yazımızda spinal kavernöz hemangiomaların klinik görüntüsü ve ayırıcı tanısı tartışılmıştır.
