Time frames and terms in the field of legal information relations

Abstract
The role and place of information relationships are discussed in the article as follows: as a moment of evolving, existence, modification or termination of subjective information rights, as a criterion for evaluating the behavior of the subject with regards to its timeliness. Based on that the author classifies time frame and terms of information relations. The author analyzed the normative and legal acts and eventually suggested a number of clarifications and amendments concerning the wording and content of the law norms that make the information legislation.
