TNC AND THEIR ROLE IN MODERN INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of transnational corporations in the world. In particular, approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of “TNCs” are considered; its main features and role in the world market are highlighted. The necessity of study of influence of TNC activity on structuring and development of the national economic system is substantiated. The circle of necessary prerequisites for the entry and successful operation of TNCs at the national level is outlined. The existing TNCs in Ukraine and in the world are described. The negative and positive aspects of the functioning of foreign TNCs in Ukraine are highlighted. Characterized by the influence of corporations on economic relations between countries. Also discussed are the main approaches to improving the state regulation of TNCs.
