Abstract
The emergence of new security state actors with global ambitions and their implication in security environment at the global level could lead to an increase of the importance either of the certain states as world superpowers or of the role of middle sized states to the prejudice of international security bodies, whose solutions to the global prob- blems proved to be more and more inefficient and whose mechanisms of implementation clumsier.
