Abstract
The article considers and discloses the content of the basic principles of remuneration. It is concluded that the principles of legal regulation of remuneration play a fundamental role, reflect the guiding ideas that contain and regulate the content of the legal regulation of this process on the basis of legal norms established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
