TO A QUESTION ON THE ESSENCE AND FORMS OF ADVANCED RELATIONS

Abstract
The article contains an attempt of broad interpretation of the category of pre-contractual legal relationship on the doctrinal basis about civil organizational legal relations and pre-contractual liability. The classification of pre-contractual legal relationships into organizational and compensational, contractual and non-contractual have been proposed.
