TO THE ISSUE OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL DEFINITION OF TERRORISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the absence of a single obligatory definition of terrorism. The article deals with the problems of an integrated approach to the definition of the concepts of terrorism, in addition, the international experience of normative-legal provision of counteraction to international terrorism. In particular, it analyzes international cooperation in the fight against terrorism with the assistance of international organizations, and also justifies the necessity of adopting an international legal definition of terrorism in order to effectively combat this crime.
