TO THE ISSUE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE PROCUREMENT OF RIGHTS ON NON-RELATED PROPERTY

Abstract
The article deals with the study of legal regulation of acquisition of rights to real estate under the legislation of Ukraine, which is new and such that requires attention. The study of these issues will provide an opportunity to offer several separate recommendations on the appropriate development of the relevant judicial practice and proposals for the desired changes in the acts of the current legislation of Ukraine. Today the institution of prescription is fixed in the Land and Civil codes of Ukraine. The same institution has long been enshrined in the civil legislation of the EU.
