SOCIAL PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES IN LABOR LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The procedure of registration of labor relations between the employee and the employer as one of the types of social protection in Ukraine is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the question of employer’s liability for the actual admission of an employee to work without an employment contract, highlights the main shortcomings of legislative regulation and the ways to eliminate them.
