FINISHING THE CASE AND APPROVAL OF A JUDICIAL DECISION UNDER THE AUSTRIAN CIVIL PROCEEDING CODE 1895

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence and content of the court decision as an act of realization of judicial power in civil cases in Galicia in the second half of the XIX century – at the beginning of the XX century. Considerable attention is paid to the characteristics of the court decision, namely, the content, structure, and procedure for its passing by the Austrian Civil Procedure Code of 1895. It is concluded that the court decision resolved the dispute between the parties, but also left them the right to petition the higher courts for a review of the decision the court.
