TO THE PROBLEM OF ELECTRICALLY-ENERGY COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES OF THE ZALIZREDNOE DEPARTMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose. The conducted studies aimed at forming the formation of integrated indicators of the electricity competitiveness of mining enterprises, in particular, iron ore industry in general. Methodology. An effective methodology for the study of electricity competitiveness is the index methodology. The specificity of the index methodology is that in the index quantitatively non-comparable values are brought to a certain general unity, which makes them comparable and co-measurable. The theory and practice of analyzing the proportionality of the distribution of indicators in recent years has considerably expanded as one of the directions of justification of the interconnections of distributions, in particular, of electricity resources and their use. The analysis of the proportionality of the electricity distribution indices meets the needs of efficient power management. For the purpose of formalization in the process of constructing models of proportionality in a generalized form, we assume that this is the proportionality of the distribution of the productive (cost of consumed electricity) and factor (volume of consumed electricity) characteristics. Results The proposed methodology can be used for researches of both current electric power competition of enterprises and with the determined forecast. The influence of external and internal factors is ensured through the construction of a system of indices. The number of factors is limited only by the expediency of including an influential factor in the study. Originality. Proposed theoretical and practical bases for assessing electricity competitiveness have an opportunity to adapt to the formation of new influential factors, which gives it a special pragmatism. Practice. Such a methodology can be used to solve the problems of efficient management of power consumption. The practice of applying the method has proven its effectiveness and can serve as a basis for changing the paradigm for defining the electricity competition of iron ore industries. In the future, we consider it expedient to conduct a qualitative analysis on the compliance with quantitative indicators.
