To the question about system of transport contracts

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of basic scientific approaches to the classification of transport contracts. There are some approaches of different scientists to differentiate certain types of transport contracts and the expediency of allocating such contracts into a united system or, conversely, the separation from such a system-forming concept as "the system of transport contracts" in the article are analyzed. The author focuses on the need for a deeper understanding of the scientific and practical levels of the system of transport contracts as a single integral and clearly structured concept.
