TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF THE FUTURE TEACHER IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE REFORMING THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN DONETSK PEOPLES REPUBLIC

Abstract

The problem of the formation of professional readiness of future teacher to educating pupils in the secondary educational establishments is very actual and urgent in the new conditions of the reforming of the educational system in Donetsk Peoples Republic. The genesis of the development of the conception of professional readiness from the psychological and pedagogical points of view is described. The correlation between the conception of the professional readiness and the professional competence of the teacher is shown. Such theoretical analysis helps creation the new models of the formation of the professional readiness of future teachers to professional activity, searching the new brand pedagogical technologies and methodical systems of teaching pupils.
