To the Question of the Crimean Period of Life of the Ukrainian Activist Kharytynа Pekarchuk and Her Participation in Armed Protection of the UPR (1894—1920)

Abstract
The article deals with the biography of the extraordinary public and military activist Kharytyna Pekarchuk (1894–1973). She became the first twentieth-century woman to receive a Ukrainian state award. The article examines her life from her birth in Simferopol to participation in the armed defense of the UPR in 1918–1920, including the First Winter campaign of the UPR Army in 1919–1920.
