To the question of training documentation specialists in public administration sphere

Abstract
The article deals with the generalization of the main conclusions and proposals concerning the training of document specialists in the field of public administration, which are set out in the works and developments of modern scientists. In order to train highly qualified personnel in higher education institutions an approach based on the correspondence of the specializations and qualifications provided to the structural units of the three organizational and legal levels of public administration apparatus: the higher, central and local or territorial level is proposed.
