TO THE QUESTIONNAIRE OF THE SUBJECT STRUCTURE OF THE MONEY COURSE RIGHTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the structure of the sub-institute of money circulation law in Ukraine. The opinions of domestic and foreign researchers regarding the general structure of financial law in general and the place in it of the right to monetary circulation (in the form of a sub-institute as a part of the issuing right), as well as directly the right of monetary circulation, are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the views of a number of scholars, it is concluded that it is advisable or inappropriate to include certain institutes in the sub-institute of money circulation, and the general structure of this sub-institute is proposed, which should include five institutes: the institute of monetary policy, the institute of cash circulation, the institute of cashless money circulation, the institute of currency cash and cashless circulation, the institute of liability for offenses in the sphere of money circulation.
