TOOLKIT OF MONITORING OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE SOCIAL AND LABOR RELATIONS AND ITS INFLUENCE ON EFFICIENCY OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is development of the procedure and toolkit of monitoring of transformation of the social and labor relations and its influence on efficiency of innovative activity. Methodology of research. The study used a set of such general and special methods as abstract-logical method, including methods of induction and deduction, scientific abstraction - in the development of toolkit of monitoring of transformation of the social and labor relations and its influence on efficiency of innovative activity, methods of analysis and synthesis, logic synthesis and systematize - in the justification of indicators of assessment of transformation of the social and labor relations at the enterprise level. Findings. The toolkit based on the indicators of transformation of the social and labor relations and directed to diagnostics not the system of the social and labor relations in general, and the changes happening in it for the purpose of identification of factors which can promote or interfere with process of changes according to requirements of new (innovative) economy. Indicators of assessment of transformation of the social and labor relations at the level of the entity cover the social and labor relations of employment, development, staff evaluation, the organization and remuneration for work, observance of regulations of the labor law connected with content and nature of work, employment policies and procedures, conditions and labor protection. Originality. It is processed toolkit of monitoring of transformation of the social and labor relations which unlike existing, directed to diagnostics not of system of the social and labor relations in general, and the changes happening in it for the purpose of identification of factors which can promote or interfere with process of changes according to requirements of new (innovative) economy. Practical value. Developed toolkit can be used for identification of the main transformations in the sphere of the social and labor relations and a research of their influence on efficiency of innovative activity.
