INNOVATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to determine the role and influence of innovation on human development to achieve unity of economic growth and social progress. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the dialectic method and methods of scientific knowledge, as well as the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists – in determining the influence of knowledge, education, health, quality of life of the population on the intensity of human development. On the basis of these methods, it was discovered that in modern conditions, human development is a leading factor in innovation advancement. Findings. It is established that the development of science, the formation of an information society in the foreground as a component of the intensive factor of human development, advanced knowledge, education, health, quality of life of the population. It is determined that innovations, to a certain extent, are determined by the fact of human potential development and serve as the basis of national wealth, the generator of economic growth of the country. It has been revealed that in modern conditions, human development is a leading factor in innovation progress, and the development of creative potential of a person, his knowledge and professionalism proceeds to the fore of technical and economic progress. It is revealed that in modern conditions, human development is a leading factor in innovation progress, and the development of creative potential of a person, his knowledge and professionalism is on the forefront of technical and economic progress. It is confirmed that various types of innovations have been “captured” by all the population and firmly put into use, contributing to the achievement of the goals set in various fields. It is substantiated that priority is given to changing the approaches to investing in human development at the present stage, which is the priority of economic growth, which requires the formation of a progressive national innovation system as an environment, the implementation of education, knowledge and abilities of members of society, which will provide our country with economic growth and a worthy place in the world of innovative, scientific and technical space. Originality. The complex approach to the substantiation of innovations in human development is used, which are expressed both in material and in immaterial form. Practical value. Using the obtained results of research at food industry enterprises in Ukraine will ensure the systematic development of their human personnel potential.
