THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LEADERSHIP IMPACT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIES

Abstract
Purpose. To research the development of rural territories by means of the leadership impact and initiative of rural inhabitants in Ukraine, its positive and negative sides. Methodology of research. The study is based on the use of general and specific research methods, namely historical and logical, theoretical ones during the research of rural territories and leadership development in rural areas; abstract and logical ones during the research and justificaton of the growing importance of leadership in the country. Findings. It was established that the increase in authority of rural leader will positively affect the development of rural territories of Ukraine. It was revealed that rural leader in Ukraine has always been a followed human model, a respected one, whose opinion has been taken into account. Therefore, during the reforms, the development of any legislative actions, one must take into consideration the credibility of the rural leader. It was confirmed that introducing reforms in rural territories, one must clearly confess cultural and mental values of the inhabitants in the territory, where these or those certain reforms are implemented. Originality. It was established that the use of rural leader authority is an important factor in the development of rural territories, involving its use in the future formation of public opinion as for the development of rural territories. Practical value. Practical recommendations can be used for making projects about the development of rural territories based on the experience of rural leaders and their views on solving the problems of the development of rural territories.
