Topical issues on notification of the person of suspicion in criminal proceedings in the field of environment

Abstract
The given article deals with the topical issues and peculiarities of the implementation of procedural guidance by the pre-trial investigation at the stage of notification of the person about the suspicion of committing a criminal offense against the environment. Proposals are defined to improve the current legislation which regulates the issue of notification of the person about suspicion.
