Abstract
Introduction: The influence of natural factors in the development of the tourism industry, tourists are in many countries, well-lit and well known about its effects on the industry And these countries understand this, began providing facilities and have the right equipment in order to attract tourists. Iran has diverse natural resources is considered one of the five key countries But due to poor planning and lack of scientific approach is still your actual position in terms of revenue from the industry to find. Therefore, the Study and identify potential lies attractions and natural features in order to accommodate them in planning various national, provincial and territorial, Enjoys considerable importance. Roshtkhar city has a variety of environmental and resources, including fertile soil, good climate, vegetation, natural phenomena and human factors, communications and tourism absorbent . If planning and proper use of them, can be ruined many economic and social problems of the region And the region on the path of comprehensive and sustainable development simultaneously. Objective: One of the important needs of tourists visiting the region are aware of the weather conditions. Weather conditions role is very effective in conditions of climatic comfort. Therefore, in the planning of tourism, it is necessary to pay attention to this important cause. Climate conditions in the formation of human comfort from the perspective of four elements: temperature, humidity, wind and radiation involved. Among these elements, temperature and humidity have a greater impact on human comfort And because most models measuring human comfort is based on these two elements. Method: One of the most common indicators of tourism climate index TCI is. Index to using climate parameters mean maximum daily temperature, mean daily temperature, mean minimum relative humidity, mean relative humidity, precipitation (mm), total sunshine hours and wind speed for Torbat.h study sites were evaluated. Results: The results obtained from the TCI index showed that the best tourists in the city Roshtkhar months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October is the best and The best tourist places in the city Roshtkhar, countryside Darriz, Holy Mirqavam Din and martyr Husseini and Ali Abad villagein the Noogh, Garmab summer in Saadat Abad district, Fazel Shrine in fazelmand, and in ahmdabad martyr brothers Jacob in the village are Malekabadi .
