Trade as an important unit of the economy of Podillya (XV – first half XVII century)

Abstract
The article analyzes the economic life of the inhabitants of the Podolia. Defined role and place trades in economic activity of Podolsk and Bratslav voivodeship. Attention is paid to the economic side of the noble conflict between J. Ostrogskiy and Y. Strus, between A. Pisochynskiy and M. Kopiyevskiy. The information about the owners of the most important industrial sector. Expands question the role of forests in the life of border residents and their commercial value. Approve that the tail traditional forms of agriculture greatly inferior local crafts that from the end of the XVI century exports are an important part of the Rech Pospolita. Among them is to provide industrial products such as wood, potash, honey, wax, furs.
