طراحی و سنجش روایی و پایایی پرسشنام های در ارتباط با عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مصرف نانهای بسته بندی نسبت به غیربسته بندی با استفاده از تئوری عمل منطقی

Abstract
مقدمه و هدف: نان به عنوان تأمین کننده بخشی از کالری، پروتئین ها، ویتامینها و مواد معدنی مورد نیاز بدن از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. مطابق با تئوری عمل منطقی، نگرش و هنجارهای انتزاعی عواملی هستند که بر قصد فرد در مورد انجام یک رفتار و در نهایت انجام آن رفتار توسط فرد اثر می گذارند. از آنجایی که مصرف کنندگان نانهای بسته بندی را بیشتر ترجیح می دهند، این مطالعه با هدف طراحی پرسشنامه ای معتبر در مورد عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مصرف نانهای بسته بندی نسبت به غیربسته بندی انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است که در آن از طریق سه بحث گروهی متمرکز و مصاحبه با اساتید متخصص، پرسشنامه ای براساس تئوری عمل منطقی طراحی گردید. بررسی روایی با استفاده از رو شهای اندازه گیری روایی محتوا و روایی صوری با پانل خبرگان 11 نفری انجام شد و برای تعیین پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید. یافته ها: پرسشنامه اولیه شامل 51 آیتم بود که پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی آ نها، تعداد آیتمهای پرسشنامه نهایی معادل 44 سؤال به دست آمد که 17 سؤال در بخش نگرش تغذی های، 10 سؤال در بخش هنجار انتزاعی، 8 سؤال در بخش قصد رفتاری و 9 سؤال در بخش رفتار تغذیه ای قرار گرفتند. میانگین شاخص روایی محتوای پرسشنامه نهایی برابر با 90 / 0 و ضریب کرونباخ آن معادل 83 / 0 به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه مشخص گردید که پرسشنامه طراحی شده در این مطالعه از روایی و پایایی نسبی خوبی برخوردار است و می تواند به منظور شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ترجیحات مصرفک‌نندگان در مصرف نا نهای بسته بندی نسبت به غیربسته بندی با استفاده از تئوری عمل منطقی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
