Training course development of using English for classroom instruction of English teachers in primary school

Abstract
Aim: The purposes of this research were: 1. to develop and study the quality of training course in using English for instruction in a classroom of English teachers in primary school, 2. to the experiment of using a training course in using English for instruction in the classroom of English teachers in primary school. Method: The research methodology was employed by research and development. The used research population were the 28 English teachers who taught in primary school, attended the training, and studied the result of the training course experiment in using English to teach in the classroom. The statistical data analysis were frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Findings: The research findings revealed that: 1. the creation and analysis of the quality in the training course of using English to teach in a classroom was made up of seven components: 1) the theory and rationale for the curriculum, 2) the intent of the curriculum, 3) the curriculum structure, 4) training units, 5) training approach, 6) training materials, and 7) assessment and assessment. When developing a leading training course for expert assessment, it was discovered that it was ideal and capable of leading to use for training. Implications/Novel Contribution: The researcher is interested in developing a training course of using English for classroom instruction of English teacher in primary school, which will lead to knowledge and capacity in using English for classroom instruction efficiently and affect knowledge development and language capacity for students further.
