TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS FROM ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION IN THE COMPETENCY APPROACH USING ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Abstract
Structural reform of the national higher education system aimed at ensuring mobility, employability and competitiveness of higher education experts, the implementation of the ideas of the Bologna process. Traditional forms of professional training of future specialists in economy that will work in conditions of instability of the environment in enterprises and organizations of the unstable internal environment, does not fully meet the current requirements of society. Under such circumstances the study of professional disciplines using electronic educational resources has set a leading role in the training of specialists capable of solving complex professional tasks. In the process of formation of professional competence there must be taken into account the personal aspect of the training of future specialists in economy, who have the necessary to form their safety culture, risk-oriented thinking and ability to solve professional tasks in a market economy and the inherent instability of the internal (organization) and the functioning of the environment.
