Abstract
Gymnastics is nowadays one of the most popular sports in the olympic program but, also, one of the most pretentious. Practiced on a large scale in the whole world, it requires a unique combination of power, flexibility, resistance, dare and artistry in order to reach the highest level. The selection is a determinative factor of performance, importance and its requirement being understood by everyone.
