TRANSFORMATION, INCORPORATION AND ІMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL LAW: THEORETICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
This paper contains a theoretical analysis of the initial provisions of the theories of transformation, incorporation and implementation of the international law norms. Based on the results of the analysis conceptual description of the provisions of the 9th article of the Constitution of Ukraine is justified.
